# dVPN Node Setup Guide

## Overview

If you want to contribute to the Qubetics network, you can set up a dVPN node that provides secure tunneling and decentralized routing services using the Qubetics protocol. Each node operator can configure their own pricing for users who route their traffic through the node’s secure tunnel. Users are free to choose which dVPN node they connect to based on their preferences.

Setting up a dVPN node requires some basic Linux experience; however, the process is straightforward and easy to follow. We recommend maintaining a minimum balance of **10,000 TICS** in your node account, along with additional TICS to cover transaction fees.
